This research is based on a diagnostic study carried out in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, employing Brazilian national standards as reference models. As an improvement strategy, the adoption of high-efficiency air conditioning systems is proposed to reduce energy consumption.Item Redução do consumo de energia elétrica em Manaus através de medidas de eficiência energética em climatização industrial(INSTITUTO DE TECNOLOGIA, 2010) SILVA, Jorge Lúcio da; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; COSTA JUNIOR, Carlos Tavares da; Jandecy Cabral LeiteThe article evaluates the impacts of reducing electricity consumption in a company at the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM) through the optimization of energy efficiency (EE) in industrial air conditioning systems, using Fuzzy Logic as a basis. Measures such as replacing low-efficiency air conditioners with high-efficiency equipment, controlling external heat sources, checking pipeline losses, and adjusting thermal comfort temperature were implemented. The results showed significant reductions in energy consumption and contracted demand, demonstrating the economic and technical feasibility of the adopted measures.Item Una metodología aplicada en la gestión de la producción utilizando la lógica difusa. A abordagem utiliza conjuntos difusos para modelar variáveis como equilíbrio da linha, tempo de ciclo, confiabilidade e razão de falhas, visando medir a produtividade. O estudo demonstra a eficácia da simulação computacional com suporte de especialistas, proporcionando uma ferramenta científica para tomada de decisões no processo produtivo.Item AVALIAÇÃO DOS SISTEMAS LOGÍSTICOS PARA ADEQUAÇÃO DE WIP NAS INDÚSTRIAS DE ELETRO-ELETRÔNICOS DO POLO INDUSTRIAL DE MANAUS(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2010) VILHENA, Fábio André de Farias; SOARES, José Josimar; BATISTA, Clauderino da SilvaThis work studied a method of economic viability between transport modes for electro-electronic inputs between Asia and Manaus, aiming to choose the best alternative based on cargo weight and unit value, seeking to improve the competitiveness of companies in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Transport times, costs, intermodal and multimodal interactions were analyzed using indicators such as Future Liquid Value (VFL) and Efficiency/Cost (E/C). The Law nr 12.305/2010 represents one of the most relevant Brazilian legislations to emphasize the understanding of shared responsibility, closely related to the concept of reverse logistics of waste. This work broaches the reverse logistics of plastic waste from a small company at the Industrial Center of Manaus (PIM) in order to use recycling as a way to reduce the disposal of plastic waste into the environment.Item Análise dos Equipamentos Prioritários para o Processo de Requalificação de Botijas de Empresa Industrial sob a Ótica da Manutenção Produtiva Total(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015) ANDION, Marcelo da Silva; CARVAJAL, Tirso Lorenzo Reyes RODRÍGUEZ, Jorge Laureano MoyaThe current study seeks to analyze and demonstrate the importance of maintenance in a holistic way in a company of the Industrial Pole of Manaus, highlighting maintenance as a relevant factor for economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting productivity goals. The work conducts a detailed survey of the main problems that occur in the industrial environment and verifies their frequency through indicator software. The case study was carried out in a cooking gas bottling company, focusing on the maintenance system and the choices adopted to solve its needs. The research uses the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology to evaluate hourly losses and productivity, proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of the maintenance sector.Item Análise de Custos pelos Métodos de Custeio por Absorção e Custeio Variável em uma Empresa de Injeção Plástica do Polo Industrial de Manaus(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) BRITO, Alexandra Antônia Freitas de; CUNHA, Edinaldo José de SousaThis work used the methods of absorption costing and variable costing, as a proposal to improve the allocation of costs of the production process in a Plastic Injection Industry. To reach the proposed objectives, a case study was carried out, through a quantitative and qualitative research. At the end of this research, it was possible to identify the unit cost of the cover and the cabinet, respectively, of R 0.26 a n d R 0.26andR 0.81, absorption cost method; R 0.14 a n d R 0.14andR 0.45, using the variable cost method. In the statement of income, a positive result was obtained, which represents 1.06% of the net profit, but the office presents the high unit cost, mainly in the acquisition of the raw material, compromising the company's profit, and it is up to the company to decide between discourage this type of sale or look for suppliers with lower raw material prices. It was verified that the variable method is closer to the reality of the company in decision making, because it monitors the costs and changes that may occur if there is a change in production volume. As a final result, the present study showed that the implementation of absorption and variable costing methods are easy to apply and can be deployed in any company.
