Drª Aline Maria Meiguins de LimaThe article proposes a productivity monitoring model for an LCD production line, combining the Six Sigma methodology and fuzzy logic. The study was conducted in a company from the Manaus Industrial Hub, showing that the model is effective for measuring and increasing productivity, achieving the company's target of 120%. Through direct observation, questionnaires, and interviews, it was found that although the PDCA is used in strategic planning, its monitoring phase (Check) is not effectively implemented, leading to high rates of defective parts and increased production costs. The study proposes a system based on linguistic variables such as stock level and demand, using membership functions and fuzzy rules to assist in decision-making regarding supply, replenishment, and bidding. The results demonstrate the method's feasibility for optimizing inventory control and minimizing costs.Item Simulação Computacional no Auxílio à Tomada de Decisão nos Processos Industriais: Utilizando a Ferramenta Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9.0(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) SANTOS, Eliton Smith dos; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThe research presents the use of computer simulation as a tool to aid decision-making in industrial processes, using the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9.0 software. The study was applied in a production line of 21" TV sets at the Manaus Industrial Hub, aiming to evaluate the line's performance and propose improvements. The simulation allowed the identification of bottlenecks, the balancing of the production line, and the optimization of resource usage, resulting in a 6.6% increase in daily production. The tool proved effective for preventive and predictive analysis, enabling virtual experiments without interfering with real production.Item Lógica Fuzzy Aplicada nas Medidas de Apoio à Tomada de Decisões do Sistema de Gerenciamento de Produção de Embalagens Plásticas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019) SANTOS, Maycon Bentes dos; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique ReisCurrently, automation through decision support systems plays a fundamental role in the productive chain, from small to large companies. The present study proposes a fuzzy inference model, in the support in the decision measures of the production management system of a plastic packaging factory. Analyzing the distinctions of forceful form of each step that end up influencing in the process, and aiming to adapt to the requests of the clients. Using as principle for the proposed system the adequacy of shifts using the maximum output that the factory has. MatLab software was used to treat the data, thus adjusting the variables, which were selected due to their degree of influence in the cycle because they are variables that determine the order of the product's manufacturing, they are: delivery period, quantity required, process production and the number of shifts that will be required to produce a given product, observing with the use of this tool an improvement in the management of shifts, which reduced unnecessary costs and a good understanding in the production cycle in relation to the characteristics of the orders.Item Sistema para Tomada de Decisão na Programação de Produção de Celular e Modem Utilizando Lógica Fuzzy(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010) SILVA, Carlos Américo de Souza; COSTA JUNIOR, Carlos Tavares daThe objective of this paper is to present a model using fuzzy logic, which seeks to assist the process of making decisions as to which product should have priority in scheduling the manufacturing process where there are two classes of products (WCDMA Modem and Mobile Phone). With this, it aims to identify particularities and characteristics of the productive processes, creating a better sequencing of production, whose master plan of production will be able to meet demand according to market fluctuations. The main purpose of the proposed system is to assist professionals in industrial planning to determine which products should be prioritized in the production line based on manufacturing characteristics, such as delivery time, cycle time, production process, and margin contribution, creating a production program best suited to the reality of the organization, in other words, optimizing existing resources and increasing profits.
