MODELO PARA AVALIAR O DESEMPENHO DA LOGÍSTICA INTERNA
(Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, 2017) LIMA, Orlem Pinheiro de; RODRIGUEZ, Carlos Manuel Taboada
The market has demanded efficiency, effectiveness, creativity, and agility from organizations, requiring them to be competitive and sustainable. Logistics is a fundamental strategic link, yet the literature lacks studies on the organization and evaluation of internal logistics. This thesis aims to develop a Model to Evaluate the Level of Internal Logistics Performance, identifying its component parts and how they are structured and measured. The study was based on bibliographical, bibliometric, and empirical research, identifying a gap. A methodology with 16 steps was developed, using multicriteria methods, Solver Excel, and the Fuzzy Logic toolbox (MATLAB). Initially, 15 component parts of internal logistics were established, adjusted, and validated as 13 through interaction with industry specialists. The model was tested in three companies, confirming consistency in the analyses with 95% accuracy. Results include identifying component parts, defining priority weights, properties of components, and a mathematical equation to calculate an index defining the Model, offering both conceptual and practical contributions to the literature and business competitiveness.

AVALIAÇÃO DOS SISTEMAS LOGÍSTICOS PARA ADEQUAÇÃO DE WIP NAS INDÚSTRIAS DE ELETRO-ELETRÔNICOS DO POLO INDUSTRIAL DE MANAUS
(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2010) VILHENA, Fábio André de Farias; SOARES, José Josimar; BATISTA, Clauderino da Silva
This work studied a method of economic viability between transport modes for electro-electronic inputs between Asia and Manaus, aiming to choose the best alternative based on cargo weight and unit value, seeking to improve the competitiveness of companies in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Transport times, costs, intermodal and multimodal interactions were analyzed using indicators such as Future Liquid Value (VFL) and Efficiency/Cost (E/C). It was concluded that the maritime mode is more viable for cargo with values below 50R$, while high-value cargo requires specific analysis between air, multimodal, and maritime modes.

Motivação e sua Influência no Processo Produtivo
(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) SANTOS, Felipe Teixeira dos; SOUSA, José Antônio da Silva
This research deals with some variables inherent in the motivation of employees in the work environment within productive processes. With globalization and technological advancement, competitiveness among companies has increased, making effective people management and their motivation essential. The study analyzes the determinants that influence motivation in the productive work of employees in companies. For this, a descriptive research with a mixed approach was carried out, using questionnaires with students from Administration, Quality Management, and Logistics courses. The results indicate that there is no defined pattern for motivational incentives, as companies and individuals have different needs and cultures.

Análise de Viabilidade Econômica e Gerencial de Cursos de Pós-Graduação em Instituições de Ensino Superior: Uma Análise do Processo
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019) GONÇALVES, Suelen de Paula Falcão; BATISTA, Clauderino da Silva
This paper aims to analyze the economic and managerial viability of new graduate courses in an educational group. Through an exploratory and descriptive case study, it analyzed variables like portfolio management, strategy, project planning, consumer focus, human resources, and metrics. The research identified opportunities for improvement and formalization to create differentiated courses, enhancing competitiveness, reducing costs, and shortening development time.
