Item Aplicação do Controle Estatístico de Processo na Gestão de Qualidade: Estudo de Caso em uma Indústria do Setor Eletrônico Localizada no PIM(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) SILVA, José Arcanjo Angelim da; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThe study investigates how Statistical Process Control (SPC) aids in minimizing rework in the production of ATMs at an electronics industry located in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Using bibliographic methodologies and a case study, the research mapped the production process, identified bottlenecks, and applied control charts to detect non-conformities. The results showed that SPC is effective in reducing variability and costs associated with poor quality, contributing to continuous improvements in the production process.Item Uso do Controle Estatístico de Processo (CEP) na Gestão de Operações Produtivas em uma Indústria do Polo Industrial de Manaus(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2015) OLIVEIRA, Sidney dos Santos; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe study explores the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in an industry within the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), emphasizing its role in monitoring and improving production processes. Through control charts and graphical analysis, the research demonstrates how SPC can identify variability and root causes of non-conformities, supporting cost reduction and quality enhancement. The case study focuses on the thermoforming process of thermoplastic resin plates, highlighting the tool's benefits in operational management.Item Avaliação dos Processos de Prevenção de Infecção Hospitalar de Corrente Sanguínea Associada a Cateter Venoso Central(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) AGUIAR, Lília Maria Nobre Mendonça de; CUNHA, Edinaldo José de SousaCentral venous catheter-related bloodstream infection (CVC) is a persistent global public health problem. This study aims to evaluate the prevention and control practices of Hospital Infection (IH) of CVC-related bloodstream, using procedural indicators between 2017 and 2018. The research, of a descriptive nature and quantitative approach, analyzed in-hospital data through a compliance and non-compliance checklist, supported by ANVISA/2017 standards. The results showed compliance in indicators such as "Daily registration of the insertion site and indication of permanence" (92.02%; 93.83%) and "Hand hygiene before and after catheter manipulation" (97.15%; 87.50%). The monthly compliance analysis of hand hygiene in 2018 revealed points outside statistical control, highlighting the need for continuous monitoring to detect deviations and assist in decision-making about preventive practices during CVC maintenance.
