Drª Aline Maria Meiguins de LimaThe article proposes a productivity monitoring model for an LCD production line, combining the Six Sigma methodology and fuzzy logic. The study was conducted in a company from the Manaus Industrial Hub, showing that the model is effective for measuring and increasing productivity, achieving the company's target of 120%. The integrated approach enabled data-driven decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative inputs, with results validated through computational simulation.Item Aumento da Produtividade: Utilizando a Metodologia Six Sigma e Lógica Fuzzy, um Estudo de Caso em uma Empresa do Pólo Industrial de Manaus – PIM.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) FERREIRA, Marcela Seixas.; SILVA, Orlando Fonseca.This study uses Six Sigma methodology in order to increase the productivity of the Line of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) in a factory in the Pólo Industrial de Manaus - PIM and a fuzzy inference system to measure the increase of productivity, where we identified several parameters based on the Six Sigma methodology. Among which, according to the degree of relevance of specialists in this study, we can highlight: waste, production capacity and time study.
