Item A Educação Ambiental no Contexto Escolar do Município de Benjamin Constant-AM: Desafios e Perspectivas(Instituto de Ciências Exatas e Naturais, 2018) CAMPOS, Sebastião Melo; ALVES, Claudio NahumThis study investigates the challenges and perspectives of the transversal theme "Environment" in the educational actions of three schools in the municipality of Benjamin Constant, Amazonas. The research, of a qualitative and bibliographic nature, aimed to promote environmental awareness through educational interventions, such as lectures, ecological walks, and playful activities, involving students, teachers, and the school community. The results indicate the need for a permanent interdisciplinary planning for environmental education, aiming at behavioral changes and the formation of conscious and responsible citizens towards the environment.Item Educação Ambiental na Escola Estadual Manoel Marçal de Araújo: Perspectivas para Múltiplas Compreensões do Aluno Autista(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019) MAGALHÃES, Adriana Melo; ALVES, Claudio NahumThis research discusses the structured content and fundamentals of environmental education that exists today, with relevant issues, much is discussed, for example, about Water. When receiving the autistic student at school, the teaching team needs to improve the pedagogical strategies such as: elaborating an individualized educational plan, setting clear objectives and including the school routine. Seeking to establish true bonds with love, therefore, students with ASD need reinforcers when carrying out their activities. Thus the Theory of Mind does not refer to the ability to make inferences about mental states, it is of paramount importance to understand the cognitive and behavioral aspects of students, so that they can perform an effective intervention. Another pedagogical practice that can contribute to effective learning is Universal Design for Learning (DUA) aiming to stimulate interest and motivation for learning by presenting information and content in different ways allowing the student to express what he has learned in different ways. The objective of this research is to analyze the possible perspectives of understanding of the autistic student in face of the environment in which he is inserted, using the Universal Design for Learning resource as a procedure in the observation of the learning process. The research participants were 10 students of both sexes from the Manoel Marcel de Araújo State School, located in the city of Manaus.Item TRILHA ECOLÓGICA PEDAGÓGICA: UM CAMINHO PARA O ENSINO DA EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL EM UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA NO MUNICÍPIO DE MANAUS-AM(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017) ALVES, Edson Ferreira; ALVES, Claudio NahumThe ecological trail is a fundamental tool to develop students' environmental perception and awareness through the observation of fauna and flora. This study proposes the trail practice as a pedagogical instrument, using the Sauim de Coleira trail within the Municipal Park of Mindú in Manaus-AM. The research involved 11 classes of 6th-grade students, applying questionnaires and essays to assess environmental awareness before and after the trail. Results indicated significant changes in students' understanding of the environment.
