Análise dos Critérios Sustentáveis das Contratações Públicas no Centro de Intendência da Marinha em Manaus
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019) SÁ, Luiz Claudio Lemos de; MONTEIRO, Waldinei Rosa
In view of the great challenges faced worldwide, there is a clear concern with the preservation of the environment and environmental sustainability. This research aimed to analyze the set of sustainable criteria applied in the bidding procedures conducted in CeIMMa, point out the main difficulties that exist for meeting the environmental sustainability criteria in public procurement, identify the most relevant favorable factors that contribute to the promotion of sustainable national development, and highlight minimum measures that can contribute to the improvement of the bidding procedures conducted at CeIMMa, with regard to environmental sustainability. The analysis of the data allows us to conclude that the agency has applied sustainability criteria in all bidding procedures performed, in line with current legislation. However, due to the lack of a more specific legal provision, it is not certain that all the imposed requirements were effectively fulfilled, given the fact that there is no obligation or routine for the agency to verify on-site compliance with the imposed criteria.
