The student is stimulated to assume an active and responsible posture in his learning process, seeking self-regulation and meaningful learning. This learning involves methods and techniques that stimulate student-teacher and student-student interaction, materials and didactic resources, and almost always bets on learning in a collaborative environment, leading the student to take responsibility for the construction of his knowledge. Based on this premise, we will present the results and discussions of a qualitative and quantitative research. Moreover, we will expand our information by conducting a field research through observations and semistructured interviews relevant to our study, based on experiences with deaf students in a state school in Manaus. Therefore, we will present some active methodologies, among which is Recycle, Reuse and Reduce solid waste. It was found that the methodologies used are oriented according to the theories of child-centered learning. In this context, it is essential to invest in the deaf student and in his identification, thus providing the referral to appropriate services for the stimulation and development of this learner. Based on the evaluation of the results obtained by the applicability of environmental issues in daily school life, and the use of active methodologies, propose a new method of study for the training of deaf students. We sought to clarify what is the best way to work the active methodologies in the training of the deaf subject. It was found that the use of active methodologies motivates students and directs them to seek information in order to solve problems and promote their own development, making them realize that the new learning is a necessary and significant tool to expand their possibilities and paths. Since obtaining the correct number of operators on a production line is extremely important in the pursuit of productivity and cost reduction. Therefore, using concepts such as takt time, cycle time and line efficiency and other information related to the product or products that will be assembled on a production line, it will be possible to quickly and assertively determine the number of operators that must serve directly the client's demand, thus guaranteeing productive efficiency and the correct application of labor resources using as assumptions the capacity and equipment already existing in the production line. However, inverter air conditioning systems are a more advanced technology that can offer significant improvements in terms of energy efficiency and reduced environmental impacts. Inverter air conditioning systems use a variable speed compressor, which allows the unit to adjust the compressor speed to meet cooling or heating needs. This means that the compressor does not have to switch on and off continuously, which reduces energy consumption and increases system life. In addition, inverter air conditioning systems are designed to operate more quietly and produce less noise than conventional systems. In Brazil, where demand for air conditioning systems is high, the use of inverter air conditioning systems can have a significant impact on reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, Brazilian authorities have implemented measures to encourage the adoption of energy efficient technologies, including energy efficiency labeling programs to help consumers identify the most efficient appliances. However, it is important to remember that the energy efficiency of an inverter air conditioning system depends on its proper installation and maintenance. It is necessary that the system be sized correctly for the space in which it will be installed and that a regular maintenance program be carried out to ensure that the system is operating efficiently. Data collection was carried out through a measurement campaign in a 13.8 kV substation that feeds a portion of the companies in the industrial district of the city of Manaus. The objective of this dissertation is to carry out a comparative study of the results of the application of Decision Tree and Simple Linear Regression techniques in the analysis of harmonic impacts in an electrical system. The measurement campaign was carried out for a minimum period of 7 calendar days according to PRODIST. The impact of these harmonics on the electrical system is quite harmful, both for consumers and for utilities. The techniques used in the methodology of this dissertation are the Decision Tree technique, which features the construction of non-parametric models and the Simple Linear Regression technique, which features the construction of parametric models and simple mathematical calculation, easy to interpret and analyze. of data. In this way, this dissertation presented and applied in practice with case studies actions for the analysis of harmonic impacts in electrical energy distribution systems through the construction of mathematical models using Simple Linear Regression analysis and Regression Tree analysis, obtaining important and enlightening results. in the studies carried out, thus validating the techniques applied in the analysis of harmonic impactsin electrical energy distribution systems.Item Aplicação da metodologia six sigma e método dmaic para redução no índice de perdas de latas de alumínio em uma indústria de bebidas Estudo de caso: latax refrigerantes ltda(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2022-12-01) SANTOS, João Felipe Silva dos; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317In the segment of the beverage industry, quality factors are critical for a company, as in addition to being related to consumer safety, due to the ingestion of products by human beings, it is also essential to avoid wasting raw materials. Characterized by low profit margins, maintaining high quality levels directly contributes to the competitiveness and survival of a company in this segment among the competitors. Six Sigma is an internationally recognized tool widely used in the identification and implementation of improvements in internal processes of an organization, aiming to obtain lower operating costs and, consequently, increase profit margins. During the application of this tool, it is necessary to follow a defined sequence of steps and to establish quantified objectives. This study demonstrates how the application of the tool can assist in reducing operational costs by reducing losses of cans in the production process through cause analysis and implementation of action plans in a production line of soft drinks in aluminum cans in a beverage industry. In the application of this study, steps of the DMAIC methodology were followed, where statistics tools were used to DEFINE the problems and identify the improvements, MEASURE during the phases of getting results, ANALYZE the collected data into useful information for decision making, IMPLEMENT the actions proposed in an action plan based on the previous steps and finally CONTROL the processes so that continuous improvement is a living cycle within the institution. The Six Sigma team of this project, applying VOC - Voice of Customer, Snake Diagram and SIPOC methodologies, could interact with internal customers about the soft drink bottling processes in aluminum cans, as well as the other processes that interact among themselves and how this industrialization process isinserted in the context of the organization as a whole. After the full implementation of the actions, the objective was met. The use of this method in the manufacturing process is a strategic factor for competitive companies, whose focus seeks to meet the customers with a cost appropriate to market requirements, considering that the existing processes related to the manufacture of a finished product have their variability. The objective of this study was to present the application of Lean Six Sigma tools, describe the use of the DMAIC model and demonstrate its application in the syrup production and beverage filling process in one of Simões Group companies, as well as demonstrate the results obtained with the reduction of production cost through the reduction of sugar loss. The technique applied in this study followed the steps of the DMAIC methodology. This project relied on a team that, by applying VOC (Voice of Customer) methodologies, identification of Critical Attributes to Quality (CTQs), Serpent Diagram and SIPOC, was able to collect information from internal customers about the manufacturing processes of simple syrup, final syrup, and the bottling of beverages in PET bottles, as well as others related to the theme. It was possible to determine and quantify the main process waste after the full implementation of the actions proposed by the Six Sigma team, having achieved the objective of this project. When comparing the sugar loss with the previous period measured, the analyzed process reduced the average percentage of losses from 2.02% to 0.07% after the implemented actions. The evolution of machinery and equipment has caused several disorders in occupational health at work. Therefore, it is extremely important to make a comprehensive reading of the workstations and ergonomic analysis tools. The objective of the article is to make an application of the technological resources of fuzzy logic in the results found in the Ergonomic Analysis of Work (AET) in seven jobs in the automotive industry of the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM). The methodology applied is based on the application of ergonomic tools using Suzanne Rodgers`method and on the mathematical models characterized by Fuzzy Inference for decision making on various disorders that occur with the health of the employee. The results found in the ergonomic tool ‘’Suzanne Rodgers’’ applied to the movement of upper and lower limbs and other observations in the productive sectors, with the application of Fuzzy Logic, it was shown that the linguistic variables by colors, the legend that shows the classification of ergonomic risks through run. Many interests about ergonomics are due to legislation, to adapt the work conditions, it is necessary to measure the ergonomic risks through established criteria. The present study aims to verify the contribution of ergonomic risk assessment instruments in practice, even though the process is quite robust, using the NIOSH and Suzanne Rodgers Criteria we visualize several potential to mitigate the risks inside this manufacturing process. The research was conducted through a literature review, and case study, raising the operative mode of all the workstations, mainly considering the comments of the employees involved, since all the methods present had potential for application, but a standardization of the evaluation for data collection become the main factors in determining the risk factors related to musculoskeletal disorders. According to the knowledge acquired and accumulated during the data collection, observed the ergonomic thermometer of the manufacture, where the moderate risk was evident, even if it is a process with automation, but this study will guide to a more effective work in search of the reduction of the ergonomic risk within the organization by the multifunctional team, in the search for the ergonomically correct process.Item Avaliação do desenvolvimento de protótipo mecânico de um medidor eletrônico de energia elétrica polifásico utilizando técnicas de computacionais(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2022-08-24) NOGUEIRA, Caio Luiz Jodas; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317With the development of the electronics and mechanics prototype with a proposal for a new polyphase electronic electric energy meter aiming at subsequent manufacture, according to its manufacturing specifications as a product in the industrial environment. The objective of the article was to develop a prototype of a new polyphase electronic electric energy meter using LoRa network, for remote measurement of energy consumption. The prototype was developed for a company from the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM). An Experimental Methodology was used, presenting the model proposal, mechanical base, Terminal Block, Meter Cover, The Terminals, The Electronics, Transmission LoRa Interface, and the Reception LoRa Interface. Data collection was carried out through meetings with company professionals, technical visits, and research on the importance of the topic. Therefore, the objective is to implement a model for the application of the compliance program in a Third Sector institution. In this way, the present article can be considered in an exploratory, applied and qualitative way, in two aspects, bibliographic research and case study, the data collection was through a meeting and interview with the company's professionals, reporting the importance of the theme. The results showed the main tools and compliance mechanism, proposing actions that can be used in practice with the purpose of providing a broad view of the functioning of the proposed model, with transparency and ethics, thus increasing the competitiveness of the business.
