Item MAPEAMENTO DO FLUXO DE VALOR DE UM PROCESSO PRODUTIVO DE PLACAS ELETRÔNICAS COM USO DA LÓGICA DIFUSA(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) ARAÚJO, Caio César Luan Silva; AZEVEDO, Manoel S. Santos; LEITE, Jandecy CabralGlobal competition in the electronics industry has required the optimization of production processes to maintain competitiveness. This study proposes the use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) combined with Fuzzy Logic to identify and eliminate waste in the production of printed circuit boards at a company in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). VSM allowed mapping the current state of the process, identifying bottlenecks, and designing a future state with improvements. Fuzzy Logic aided in the precise analysis of data, resulting in cost reduction, fewer defects, and optimized production time.Item AVALIAÇÃO DE INDICADORES DE DESEMPENHO DE QUALIDADE NO FORNECIMENTO DE ENERGIA EM USINA TERMELÉTRICA NA CIDADE DE MANAUS(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) SOUZA, Stanley Moreira de; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe study evaluates performance and quality indicators in energy supply at a thermoelectric plant in Manaus, using quality tools to reduce interruptions and avoid regulatory penalties. The research shows significant improvements in availability rates, failure rates, and operational efficiency after implementing methodologies based on tools such as Brainstorming, Cause and Effect Diagram, and Pareto Chart.Item Adequação de Tempos e Métodos em Montagem de Componente para Motocicletas(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) YOSHIDA, Thiago Hideki; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThis study proposes actions for the adjustment of times and methods in the assembly line of motorcycle components in an automotive company, using the Lean Production System and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tool. The research demonstrated that the correct application of these methodologies resulted in a 35.3% improvement in process efficiency, in addition to increasing knowledge and application of Lean within the organization. The work highlights the importance of waste elimination and resource optimization for business competitiveness in challenging economic scenarios.Item Aplicação do Controle Estatístico de Processo na Gestão de Qualidade: Estudo de Caso em uma Indústria do Setor Eletrônico Localizada no PIM(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) SILVA, José Arcanjo Angelim da; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThe study investigates how Statistical Process Control (SPC) aids in minimizing rework in the production of ATMs at an electronics industry located in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Using bibliographic methodologies and a case study, the research mapped the production process, identified bottlenecks, and applied control charts to detect non-conformities. The results showed that SPC is effective in reducing variability and costs associated with poor quality, contributing to continuous improvements in the production process.Item O Efeito da Semi Automatização do Processo de Soldagem MIG sobre Aspectos Ergonômicos e de Produtividade(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) FALCÃO, Marcos Maciel; SILVA, José Antonio daThe study evaluates the influence of the semi-automation of a rotating workbench in the MIG welding process, focusing on ergonomic and productivity aspects in a metallurgical industry of the Manaus Industrial Pole. The research shows that the implementation of semi-automation led to significant improvements in operators' quality of life, a reduction in musculoskeletal-related absences, and a 63% increase in daily productivity. The work combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, using field methods and literature review.Item Programação Linear: Um Estudo de Caso sobre a Manutenção e o Estoque Ótimo de uma Organização Aérea(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) PESSOA, Alexandra Priscila Costa; MAGNO, Rui Nelson OtoniLinear Programming (LP) was applied in stock control of spare parts for an aerial organization, aiming to identify optimal quantities based on financial resource availability. The goal was to reduce costs and improve control, considering minimum, maximum, and current inventory levels. The developed model, using the Solver tool, resulted in savings of R$ 1,044,088.20 by optimizing inventory compared to the established maximum stock. The case study was conducted in an Aerial Organization located in Manaus, Amazonas.Item A Implementação do Sistema de Manufatura Enxuta em uma Montadora de Motocicletas Instalada na Zona Franca de Manaus(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) OLIVEIRA, Leandro Correia Santos de; MAGNO, Rui Nelson OtoniThe study presents the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing system in a high-displacement motorcycle manufacturer located in the Manaus Free Trade Zone. Using tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and line balancing, the research shows significant improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction, raising the company's Lean maturity to M=0.74 according to the SAE J4000 standard.Item Proposta de Otimização do Processo Produtivo em uma Microempresa do Setor Têxtil: Aplicação do Método Simplex de Programação Linear(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) LIMA, Fernanda dos Santos Mendonça; VIEGAS, Bruno MarquesDue to the high level of mortality of micro and small enterprises, as well as the important role of these companies in the economy, it is necessary to seek improvements in production processes and maximization of results. This work presents a proposal for optimizing the production process in a textile micro-enterprise by applying the simplex method of linear programming. To analyze this model, historical data were collected, objective functions and constraints were defined, as well as the projection of four scenarios, considering optimistic, pessimistic, and realistic projections for the future of the business. The results presented showed that optimization tools can help improve business results, such as reducing operating costs and increasing profit margins, which may reach up to 40.98% more than in the previous year.Item Simulação de um Sistema de Filas em uma Casa Lotérica de Macapá, Utilizando o Software Arena(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) SANTOS, Fernando Rodrigues dos; QUARESMA, Sil Franciley dos SantosQueues are present in people's daily lives, and the increasing demands of consumers have led organizations to adjust their service capacity according to demand. This study aimed to reduce the time customers spend in line at a lottery house in the city of Macapá, Amapá, by analyzing various scenarios through simulation using Arena software. The study was conducted in the lottery house's service sector, considering the average arrival intervals of customers and the service times performed by the counters as input parameters in the software. Through performance indicators, it was possible to identify the critical point causing queues in the system and propose improvements through the simulation of hypothetical scenarios. It was found that adding at least 2 service counters contributes to a reduction in queue waiting time from over 45 minutes to less than 2 minutes.Item Proposta de uma Metodologia para a Otimização do Controle de Estoque de uma Empresa do Segmento Eletrônico(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2020) OLIVEIRA, David Felipe Santos; LEITE, Jandecy CabralInventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, as it allows processes to be managed efficiently with fewer resources and more savings. The present study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control, and propose actions of the methodology that allow the corrections of inventory activities already identified. Therefore, it proposes a methodology for optimizing stock control that is able to define how much and when to buy the products. The implementation of the methodology produced a decrease of 30% in the problems of non-attendance, resulting in positive factors such as lean inventory, efficient customer service, increased capital turnover, and increased company profits.
