    A Educação Ambiental no Contexto Escolar do Município de Benjamin Constant-AM: Desafios e Perspectivas

    This study investigates the challenges and perspectives of the transversal theme "Environment" in the educational actions of three schools in the municipality of Benjamin Constant, Amazonas. The research, of a qualitative and bibliographic nature, aimed to promote environmental awareness through educational interventions, such as lectures, ecological walks, and playful activities, involving students, teachers, and the school community. The results indicate the need for a permanent interdisciplinary planning for environmental education, aiming at behavioral changes and the formation of conscious and responsible citizens towards the environment.

    Segurança Comportamental: Formas de Sensibilização para a Prática da Segurança no Trabalho

    Behavioral Safety is still not widely used as a tool to reduce workplace accident rates in Brazil. This study aimed to identify ways to raise awareness for the practice of safety at work, using bibliographic and field research methodologies, including documentary analysis and the application of questionnaires. It was found that employees of Company X exhibited unsafe behaviors, leading to the implementation of two programs: "Combat: Company X against accidents" and "Family Safety Message." These programs were well-received by employees, who sought to modify their behaviors for a safer work environment. The results indicate the relevance of behavioral safety in preventing accidents and optimizing production, making it a permanent program in the company.

    A CONCEPÇÃO E PERCEPÇÃO DOS ALUNOS DO 2º ANO DO ENSINO MÉDIO DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DO AMAZONAS (IFAM/CMDI), SOBRE O DESPERDÍCIO DE ÁGUA

    Water is one of humanity's most concerning assets, considering that a significant part of the planet is experiencing a reduction or even extinction of its water resources. This work investigates the conception and perception of 2nd-year high school students at the Federal Institute of Amazonas (IFAM) regarding water waste in the school environment, their community, and their own homes. The methodology includes bibliographic, documentary, and descriptive research, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, using content analysis. The study hopes to contribute to discussions on water waste and demonstrate the fundamental role of schools in raising student awareness, making them multipliers of environmental education.
